UVA North Chiller Plant LTHW Conversion

KCI was proud to provide insulation services for portions of the multi-phase low temperature heating hot water conversion project at the University of Virginia. Phase 2B was highlighted by the installation of 2,500-square-feet of 3-1/2″ thick foamglass block and aluminum jacket on a thermal energy storage tank. Access to this work was facilitated by our partners at ISC.
