Wells Fargo Roanoke Operations Center

This 440,000-square-foot project was designed to modernize Wells Fargo’s customer support center and cement the site as one of Roanoke County’s largest employers. This $87 million expansion project represented the largest commercial office investment in Roanoke County’s history. KCI provided its services by installing 150,000-square-foot of ductwork insulation and 18,000-linear-feet of pipe insulation over three phases.
