As President of Kirby-Cundiff Insulation Inc. and Firestop of Virginia, Daniel Kirby leads the company’s business and operational development. A Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Building Construction from the Myers-Lawson School of Construction, and now a second-generation owner, Daniel brings more than two decades of estimating and operational experience to the industry. He is proud to carry forward a legacy he witnessed growing up, helping to build and develop the company from very humble beginnings. That legacy extends beyond his family to all of the families who have been part of the organization over the years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their four children, as well as golfing, and relaxing by the pool.
