Josh Broughman is Vice President and Estimator at Firestop of Virginia, where he oversees day-to-day operations and leads firestop estimating efforts. Inspired by his father, who dedicated 30 years to KCI before retiring, he takes pride in continuing the family’s legacy and contributing to the strong, family-oriented culture. Josh began in purchasing after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and worked his way into leadership. He is one of only two Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs) for Firestop Virgina UL program requirements. Josh values the family-oriented culture that has defined his career and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their three sons. Outside of work, you’ll often find him hunting, beekeeping, or caring for his flock of chickens.
