Kim has been in the construction industry since 1987 and joined KCI and FSoVA in 2002. Throughout her career, she has supported two generations of ownership, helping to strengthen and carry forward the company’s legacy. As Chief Financial Officer, she plays a key role in overseeing financial processes, HR functions, and the company’s overall stability and success. With nearly 24 years of dedicated service, she values working in a family business and its strong commitment to employee loyalty. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places with her husband, spending time with her children and grandchildren, walking trails, and continuing to learn.
