Trent serves as Vice President of Operations, working closely with project managers and territory managers to support field operations and keep projects on track. He focuses on operational excellence, job cost performance, scheduling, manpower planning, and resolving challenges to help field teams succeed every day. A second-generation leader, James Madison University graduate, and having 12 years of experience in the industry, Trent is committed to carrying forward the legacy established by his father, Greg, and Tom. Having grown up around the family business, he developed an early appreciation for the company’s values and the people behind its success. He takes pride in seeing multiple generations of families build their careers, continuing a culture that treats employees like family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, coaching youth sports, golfing, and following baseball and football.
